Last Friday morning, Anna, Miles and I went blueberry picking as we do every summer. We brought home a 10 pound stash of berries. I separated the crop into two even-sized containers. Today, only 6 days later, we finished off the first 5 pounds.

HA! do you remember when i went blueberry picking with you three years ago, and ended up with 8 pounds myself? The paper bag they gave me to carry the berries was so wet with the dew that the bottom gave way in the middle of my kitchen! Oh, the blueberries everywhere! i was finding those things months later. *sigh* I do miss those blueberries.

remember when we went blueberry picking? We came to your house – was Becca with us or was it just you, Jonathan and I? And I wanted us to play Beastie Boys – I’ve not listened to that CD in years! I think you might have been pregnant with Miles – it was so long ago…it’s kinda hard to remember exactly. I loved to go blueberry picking almost every summer there in good ol’ P’cola land!
