One!
Henry will be eleven months old on the 7th of April. He has been walking for a couple of months, and has in the last weeks come up with his own dance. The last few days he has been impressing me with a new skill of building with blocks. For the past few months his strength had been breaking down towers, and when that happened it would ruin Miles’s day. When he gets this down, life will be better.
The one thing Henry is really taking his time with is growing in teeth. He has two totally grown in and one just barely out of the gums. I wonder what he will look like with teeth. It really changes things, you know. Babies lose that old man look when they get teeth.
Today…
was a nice day.
Its such a beautiful day. We have spent most of today on the porch. Henry can walk well now, so he is enjoying the fresh air too. I guess the leaves do not taste good; he stopped trying to eat them after the first half hour.
Speaking of eating, last night we enjoyed a lovely meal at Rachel and Andrew Harris’ home. Miles sneaked away from the table at one point, and was supping with the dog. Jonathan found him with crunched up doggy kibble in his mouth. He must have enjoyed it, because he was not interested in letting me take it out of his mouth.
Impressive for a 9 month old baby. Miles walked at 10 months, and he was so big (always 95% for heighth). Henry is short (he is 10% for heighth), and it makes him so cute.
Still no Mac. Maybe today we will get it back from the tech.
Henry is walking. I saw him take 8 steps the other day.
Thursday is the deadline for entries to the Salon. I have an oil painting to enter, but if I do not get the computer back I will be unable to get my photos on-line to enter.
